The Centre shall have regular delegates meetings during the season and these shall be a minimum of three meetings. 

All teams/clubs MUST have one Delegate at meetings. Non-attendance will result in a team/club fine of $50. This fine must be paid before the second Saturday following the Delegates' meeting. Failure to pay this fine will result in that team/club being suspended from further competition.
